Designed as a seamless add-on to any Braeside Love Collective package, the Love Bar brings the atmosphere, the flavour, and the fun — without the commercial bar price tag.

From crisp tap beers and flowing champagne to handcrafted cocktails and barista-made coffees, the Braeside Love Bar is fully equipped to serve your guests in true luxury style. Every setup is thoughtfully curated to suit your event aesthetic, guest numbers, and celebration style — ensuring your bar experience feels just as considered as every other detail of your day.

A Smarter, More Stylish Way to Drink

With the Braeside Love Bar, you supply the alcohol — we do the rest. This allows you to:

  • Save significantly on bar costs

  • Purchase only what you’ll actually drink

  • Keep any unused alcohol at the end of the night

  • Enjoy premium, bar-quality drinks without inflated venue pricing

To put it simply — a pub schooner might cost $13, but through our refrigerated keg system, that same quality pour can be as low as $3.50. A $20 espresso martini at a cocktail bar? With us, you’re paying only the cost of the ingredients you’ve already purchased.

If you’re short on time, we can even arrange alcohol pickup on your behalf (alcohol must be paid for in advance).

Our Braeside Love Bar Packages

All packages are fully customisable to suit your event, guest numbers, and drinks vision.

    • 2 x RSA-certified bar staff (for up to 80 guests)

    • 4 x refrigerated keg taps

      • Beer, ginger beer, spirits with mixers or pre-mixed cocktails

    • Up to 2 signature cocktails for the duration of service

    • All bar ice & cocktail garnishes

    • Custom printed menu board

    • Glassware for up to 100 guests
      (wine, champagne, tumblers, cocktail & beer glasses)

    • 2 x fruit-infused hydration water stations

    • Travel included up to 30km from Braeside ($2 per km return beyond this)

  • Our most popular bar experience — perfect for full-scale weddings and premium celebrations.

    • 7 hours of bar service

    • 2 x RSA-certified bar staff (for up to 80 guests)

    • 4 x refrigerated keg taps

      • Beer, ginger beer, spirits with mixers & cocktails on tap

    • Up to 3 signature cocktails for the duration of service
      (His & Hers cocktails are always a favourite post-ceremony)

    • Unlimited barista-made coffees, hot chocolates & teas

    • All bar ice & cocktail garnishes

    • Custom printed menu board

    • Glassware for up to 100 guests

    • 2 x fruit-infused hydration water stations with cups

    • Travel included up to 30km from Braeside
      ($2 per km return beyond this)

    • Service Staff (outside of bar staff) - $50/hr

    • Glassware for over 100 guests: $1 per person

    • Glassware breakages: $3 per glass (invoiced post-event)

    • Extension of bar service: charged per additional hour
      (maximum 10-hours, service until midnight only)

    • Additional bar staff: $50 per hour per staff member (for guest numbers over 80)

    • Public holiday surcharge: 20%
