The Braeside Love Collective is a full-service, boutique collaboration of trusted wedding and event professionals working together to provide a seamless, all-inclusive experience for celebrations of all kinds. From planning and styling to florals, ceremony, accommodation, and bridal preparation, our goal is to take the stress and decision fatigue out of your special day. With everything curated by an experienced team, the only choice you'll need to make is your food and drinks—then simply show up and enjoy the moment!

Why was the Collective created?

We saw firsthand how overwhelming wedding and event planning can be—especially when it involves managing multiple suppliers, invoices, styles, and timelines. So, we brought together a team of passionate experts with a shared philosophy: create beautiful, meaningful celebrations while taking the pressure off the client. The result is a collective that feels like your personal dream team, all working together in perfect harmony.

We are proud to collaborate with several handpicked boutique businesses who bring talent, passion, and heart to every event:

• Everybody Say Love Events: Full-service event planning, design, styling, and hire with a creative edge and an eye for atmosphere.

• Up & Away Braeside: A breathtaking venue on 263 acres atop Braeside Mountain, featuring ceremony and reception spaces, on-site accommodation, and elopement offerings.

• Celebrations with Stevens: Professional celebrant services for weddings, elopements, commitment ceremonies, naming days, and more—infused with authenticity and joy.

• Gypsy Florals by Helena: Stunning bridal party florals in both fresh and faux styles, ranging from whimsical to wild, modern to timeless.

• Mansara Hair: Luxury hair and makeup artistry, leaving you radiant and confident from first look to last dance.

• The Dresser: On-the-day bridal party support including gown steaming, minor tailoring, veil setting, shoe wrangling, and available to help throughout your photo session so you always look picture-perfect.

Each Collective member is a specialist in their field and has been carefully selected for their professionalism, creativity, and alignment with our ethos of care and ease.

What services are included in a full Love Collective package?

Our all-inclusive Love Collective package includes:

• Decor, styling, and coordination by Everybody Say Love Events

• Exclusive use of the event space and gardens at Up & Away Braeside

• Celebrant services with a personalised ceremony and all legal paperwork

• Fresh bridal party and arbour florals by Gypsy Florals by Helena

• 2 hours of Bridal party attire preparation by The Dresser

• Hair and makeup for the bride plus 2 others

• Event equipment for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

• Bluetooth speaker with microphone for custom playlists and speeches

• 3 nights accommodation for up to 8 guests in a modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home

Note: The only thing you need to arrange separately is catering and beverages, allowing you to fully customise that part of your day while we handle the rest.

Can I book individual services instead of a full package?

Yes! While our all-inclusive packages offer incredible value and simplicity, all services can be booked independently. Whether you only need a celebrant, florals, bridal dressing, or just the venue—you can mix and match based on your needs and budget.

Do I need to hire outside vendors?

Not unless you want to! The Collective covers all core services from planning to florals and ceremony. That means no worrying about vendor coordination—we’ve got you covered. The only external vendor you’ll need to secure is your caterer (and beverage service, if desired). However, we can provide trusted recommendations to help with that too! What’s the venue like?

Up & Away, perched atop Braeside Mountain, is a 263-acre mountain property with panoramic views of the Southern Downs. The property boasts a variety of ceremony and reception locations. An indoor event space with an outdoor 2-level deck and staging area. Space for both seated and cocktail style reception. Guests can enjoy:

• On-site accommodation for up to 10 in the main residence

• Caravan/camp sites available as well as Glamping Bell Tent packages through Everybody Say Love Events to make for a truly luxurious experience!

• Plenty of private space for photos and quiet moments

4. A single deposit locks in all your services, and we’ll coordinate the rest.

We’re happy to keep everything streamlined with shared planning docs, updates, and a dedicated point of contact—no bouncing between vendors.

Is The Collective inclusive of LGBTQIA+ clients?

Absolutely. We proudly support and celebrate all couples, individuals, and families. Love is love, and your identity, love story, and preferences will be treated with the respect, honour, and joy they deserve.

Can I tour the property before booking?

Yes, we love welcoming couples and clients to Braeside for an in-person tour. You’ll get a feel for the ceremony sites, event spaces, and accommodation—and meet some of the Collective along the way. Tours are by appointment only and can be scheduled most weekdays or weekends.
