Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment, Non-Payment and Client Cancellation
Late payments may result in late fees or cancellation of services without refund.
The client acknowledges that adherence to the agreed payment schedule is a condition of service. Failure to make payments in accordance with this schedule may result in immediate cancellation of all booked services by the service provider, without prior notice or obligation to issue reminders.
The client further acknowledges that all bookings are made specifically for their event, and in the event that the client cancels the event for any reason, or if services are cancelled due to non-payment, all payments made to the service provider up to the date of cancellation shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited.
The client agrees that the service provider shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from cancellation, whether initiated by the client or due to non-payment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Change of Date
TBLC may, at our discretion, allow one (1) change of date, subject to availability.
Requests for a change of date must be submitted no later than six (6) calendar months before the initial event date.
A new quote may apply based on current pricing at the time of the change request.
4. Accommodation Booking
Accommodation for the client’s event must be booked via the designated preferred booking channel no later than six (6) calendar months prior to the event date.
The client must submit a non-refundable booking enquiry for the dates and number of guests staying, as indicated on the client’s TBLC invoice.
The host will respond via the booking platform with a special offer reflecting the total amount invoiced for accommodation.
Once the client accepts the special offer and the accommodation is confirmed through the platform, the TBLC invoice will be credited to reflect the confirmed booking.
Clients are responsible for any platform service or transaction fees.
Failure to book accommodation by the six-month deadline may result in reduced availability or forfeiture of accommodation access.
5. Packages & Customisation
Packages are designed to be all-inclusive for a seamless experience.
Clients may book services independently if preferred.
The chosen package will be noted on the invoice with full inclusions detailed.
Additional services will be quoted separately.
Customisation of services is welcomed and will be outlined in a personalised quote.
6. Vendor Substitutions
In the unlikely event that a TBLC vendor becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, TBLC will provide a suitable replacement of equal quality.
All vendors operate under the TBLC umbrella with independent agreements and uphold the same service standards.
7. Responsibilities
TBLC is responsible for coordinating and delivering services as outlined in the final client agreement.
TBLC will communicate directly with the Client to provide check-in times, venue access, and other accommodation details.
Clients must communicate key details, including additional vendors, event timeline, guest numbers, and any changes to their event, in a timely manner.
8. Liability & Insurance
All TBLC vendors carry appropriate insurance for their services.
TBLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, accidents, or interference by third parties.
Clients must provide full contact details of any outside vendor contracted for the event at least 90 days prior. The TBLC will attempt to confirm vendor licensing and insurance, however, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm any outside vendor is properly licensed and insured.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold TBLC harmless for any liability arising from client negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
9. Photography & Marketing
TBLC and its vendors reserve the right to use images from events for promotional purposes unless the client expressly objects in writing prior to the event.
Client privacy is respected; names will not be published without permission.
10. Inclusivity & Client Conduct
TBLC is an inclusive provider celebrating all kinds of love and welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and guests.
Clients and guests are expected to treat TBLC staff and vendors with respect and professionalism.
11. Agreement & Amendments
These terms apply once a booking is confirmed.
Any changes to services or terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version agreed upon at booking remains binding.
