What’s Included in our Event Management Package:

• Support From the Moment You Book

Enjoy continuous guidance via email and phone as you finalise your wedding plans.

• Two On-Site Planning Visits

We’ll walk the space with you, refine layouts, discuss logistics, and ensure we understand your vision inside out.

• Vendor Communication & Scheduling

We liaise with all your suppliers, confirm arrival times, coordinate setup, and ensure everyone is working from the same detailed run sheet created by our team.

• On-the-Day Management

Your celebration is supported by:

• Up to 10 hours of a lead coordinator

• 8 hours of a secondary coordinator
  Together, we manage timelines, oversee setup, assist with final touches, and keep your day running seamlessly.

• Setup Oversight*

We supervise equipment setup, decor placement and place limited personal items like signage, stationery, guestbook elements, placecards, and favours.

*Full styling or décor setup can be added if required.
